Okay so I've been busy preparing for animaritime, haven't had anytime to draw 'cept for a litle doodle I drew for one of my bros!

Not sure how much personal drawing time I'm going to have over the weekend!

 Had a good life drawing session today! As usual cant post any of them here since I dont have a camera.

Men are SO DIFFICULT to draw, ugh, been using Jack Hamm's "Drawing the head and figure" another one of my favorite drawing books! Hopefully I'll be able to make some progress.

Got me a set of watercolor paints, this is my first ever attempt, although it was just a quick test run. Really fun! I plan on doing lots of experimenting. 

I own a number of very good art books, but I never actually READ them. So I plan on doing that, starting with "The Art of UP".

 I bought Jack Hamm's "How to Draw Animals" yesterday, I've only gotten through the firts few pages and have learned so much! Will def keep working through it.

I drew a kitty with a battle axe! Just cause! Cats are so fun to draw.

Went to see Brave with some bros yesterday, while we were in the theater waiting for the movie to start I doodled in my mini sketch book. Overall I liked Brave, but I felt it didn't measure up to what I usually expect from Pixar.

I'm back! My mouth isn't fully healed yet, but at least the pain is bearable now, getting back on my drawing schedule.

I've decided to focus on male anatomy from now on! One of my biggest weaknesses for sure, that and backgrounds! Will be working on those, too.

Pretty slow with art these past few days, lots of paperwork and such to do! I'm going to try and draw lots over the weekend, but I'm working sooo dunno if that's going to work out too well (that and, y'know, Skyrim). Getting my wisdom teeth out next week REALLY NOT LOOKING FORWARD TO THAT but hey, that's life. And life is good these days, so its aaaaall goood.

I'm really into Skyrim again, so I decided to paint my character waist up, will also serve as another commission example!

Lately I feel as though I've developed a very healthy attitude towards art. I guess I'm just feeling happy in general, so many good things are on the way in the coming months! Its amazing how my art will never stop improving or evolving, its something I get to work on for the rest of my life. My future career is the driving force of my life right now, and I don't want anything to get in the way of that again.
